Do you think my daughter's diet is ok?

That sounds like a well balanced menu...continue to introduce new foods....my kids at ages 8 and 10 continue to be introduced to new foods. I can't get them to try sushi yet, but I am proud of them that they love salad w/raw bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, carrots etc. They also love brussel sprouts and asparagus. I can also get them to eat blueberries although it's not one of their favorites. Last night hubby made them salad bug: he took a strip of romaine lettuce, used sliced red bell peppers for the legs, used onion slices for the eyes for my son who loves onions, and carrots for the eyes on the one for my daughter.
