Okay this question just confuses me over and over?
Jaclyn has been observing wild mustangs on a protected federal reserve as an FFA project. She noticed that 17 of the 56 mustangs she observed seemed to be ill. The protected federal reserve has an estimated mustang population of 20,000. Based on Jaclyn's observations, approximately how many mustangs would she predict are ill?
