This is Driving Me Crazy?

OK. Odd one here. On the head of my , right below the pee hole it is a bit waxy/shiny and about half of the pee hole appears to be a bit swollen. I haven't had of any sort in 19 months. There is no pain with urination or ejaculation. It dosen't hurt, but it is very embarrasing. My question is, is there something I can buy that would help heal this? I tend to obsess over things, and this has been on my mind constantly. Please Help.
