Ladies I need your help, l Infection?

Okay I'm having itching and pain all around my l area. I bought a bunch of stuff (Yeast Gard, Vagisil Satin, Vagisil Whips, AZO Test Strips and AZO Pills) I just started using the stuff today but I've had these symptoms for about a week. When I pee it burns the AZO test strip was nitrate negative but the white blood cell strip was positive. When I pee and I wipe right by my urethra there'ss pink blood on the tissue. I don't see my doctor until the 12th, I don't know if I can deal with it till then. I am ually active but have been with the same person for more than a year and we have been tested shortly after we began sleeping together. So I highly doubt it's a STD. What should I do? And what do you think is wrong? I'm on my third week of birth control pills. (I've been on the pill for 5 years)
