I hit a pothole, tire is deflated and making a weird noise while I was driving home from work.?

I live in Gary, IN, which has a lot of potholes all over the place. Today I was driving to work, and I hit one pretty hard. When I got off of work, as I was driving, I noticed that my car was making a weird noise, and it was coming from the tire that had hit the pothole. As I drove further, the noise began to get louder, and it was even worse on the highway. When I arrived home, I checked the tire out and it was fully deflated. Could a pothole puncture a tire, or do any damage to the front-end. I just recently had the wheel bearings replaced on both sides of the car, and I do know that I am in serious need of some new tires. Additionally, shouldn't the city be responsible for damage caused to cars by potholes that should be taken care of?

OK. Odd one here. On the head of my , right below the pee hole it is a bit waxy/shiny and about half of the pee hole appears to be a bit swollen. I haven't had of any sort in 19 months. My Sista...What can we do? Serious answers only please!?

My Sista & I were really close at one time. We use to work together, go out together & our kids always played together. Two and a half years ago she moved away to the next town and was in what I call a bad relationship because she and her man were physically abusive towards each other. Anyways the court made her get out of that relationship and for a year & ½ she been doing whatever the courts asked her too to get her daughter back and while she was doing that the State gave custody to her mother who has been nothing but supportive to her. Giving her $$ when she says she needs it and just all out taking advantage of her. So Sista got her daughter back and the case got closed. All fine and dandy right? Wrong. Sista is now in a new relationship in which she says that they are nothing but friends with benefits but like the last man had no job and there’s been rumors that he’s a drug dealer. Anyways, ever since she got her daughter back slowly but surely we noticed that she starting to act like she did before. Not returning phone calls, she gotten thin again, not allowing her Moms to see her daughter, and putting up excuses again. So this past weekend, her Mom when directly to her apartment to see what was going on because she hasn’t seen her granddaughter in almost a month. When she got there, Sista wouldn’t allow her Moms to enter the apartment because she had company over and she came out to greet her Moms wearing oversized sungles at 9pm in the night. We suspect that she either on something which we know she smokes pot but we think she might be doing something else even though she denying it or the dude she’s with did something to her. Sista’s mom is heartbroken, after all she did for her to get her daughter back and Sista disrespects her by yelling at her and telling her to mind her own business. Me being a mother myself, am very concern not only for her but for her child. Moms is thinking of contacting the social worker who was igned to her case previously if her daughter doesn’t come clean about what’s going on. Her older brother has tried to talk to her but she doesn’t want to hear it. What can we do to help her? We can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped. Strangest gfruit tree question ever....

I live in New York. I am moving to Florida as soon as my house sells. I was eating a gfruit one day about a year ago, and thought what a cool thing it would be to plant the seeds. Knowing that I would be moving to Florida soon, I thought - what the heck. Now I have 5 gfruit trees, each about 1 1/2 feet tall. The weird thing is that 4 of them have no branches! One of them has 1 branch coming off the trunk. I've never grown a gfruit tree before so I don't know if this is normal for its height - will it eventually sprout branches or is something wrong? I also started an orange tree this way. Its only about 2 inches tall, but has branches - or what appear to be branches. What do you think? Also, I've heard that growers somehow treat their trees so that the seeds in the fruit that it produces will be sterile. Does that mean that they'll grow but not produce fruit, or does that mean that the seed won't sprout at all?

I don't think that it is fair to say that God dumped you because you are gay. That is not true, God loves all his children. You are still very young but if you feel deep down in your heart that you are gay, then you need to talk with your mom alone. i see tem on shows all te time where a guy might deny is child with them and say he hates her but even when the women are angry they say "but i still love him" or they love people who mistrat them or they are in love after one night stands. i know they have feelings but why do they do this so much and misinterperit the siuation so much?

Ok. I have an apple ibook g4. I was trying to sync my new ipod touch with itunes and a pop up shows up saying that I needed the 10.2.2 version of itunes in order to sync the device. So I go and download the new itunes and when i try to install it, another pop up shows up saying Couldn't open "Install iTunes.pkg". This package type requires Mac OS X 10.5. IDK what to do. Is there anyone out there whose tibial sesamoid fracture healed and didn't need surgery?

I'm 37 years old active female who has been suffering from tibial sesamoid fracture of the left foot for last 4 months. I've been to 4 doctors so far and 3 think it is a sesamoid fracture. Only one of the doctors thinks that it is sesamoiditis (inflammation of the sesamoid bone and the tissue around it). He thinks that I was born with a bipartite sesamoid bone and that the other doctors misread the x-ray and diagonsed it as a fracture when in fact the bone has been in two parts since birth. Weird! The funny thing is that my other foot's tibial sesamoid is in one piece! (One doctor actually took x-rays of my good foot to prove hi spoint that i) Wow so I have asymmetrical feet or it is indeed a fracture. At this point no one really knows. Anyway I don't care, I just want to be able to walk again without pain. I used to be a runner and fairly active person before this injuury and yes I sort of blame this injury on my active lifestyle. :( I just wanted to know if there is someone else out there who has gone through what I'm going through. I was put in a surgical boot and am currently on crutches for 6 weeks. The doctors have told me that surgically removing the sesamoid bone or sesamoidectomy may be my only option if immobilization doesn't heal the bone. Is surgery my only option? I have heard such bad things about sesamoidectomy and I am really worried about the long term effects of this injury on my life.

Sick Kitten...How long does it take for medicine to start working?

I have a kitten that I took to the vet a week ago. They told me he has an upper respiratory infection and prescribed an antibiotic and some ointment for his eyes. It has been a week now that I have been giving him his meds and he is a little better but is still sneezing and has the crusty, runny eyes (not as bad as a week ago though). How long does it take for medicine to take affect? Should he be better by now? Is there another illness that he may have besides an upper respiratory infection that would have the same symptoms as a URI?

Ok, so I had this dream and it was with this girl i really like. We were upstairs in some room talking and she was like nervous and my family(like relatives and also my immediate family) were downstairs. I told her it was ok and we started talking, i dont remember what the conversation was but it was just a random one. She was in front of a mirror like fixing herself then my mom and my sisters walk in with a red sari or type of shalwar kameez. Then she got really happy and she hugged and kissed them and they were all smiling and happy. I was happy and smiling just by watching all them get along so well. So then my mom and sisters kick me out so she can change, like "no looking at her!" just like joking and im laughing as im being kicked out and i look back and the girl is smiling back at me laughing. So im outside waiting, then my parents and sisters leave the room and I go in, i see her and shes in the mirror asking how she looks. I was like beautiful and all that then i took her hand and we started to make our way downstairs. As were going down i hear my family talking and laughing and shes just like ok im nervous and im like its ok and im ahead of her by like a step but im holding her hand taking her with me. So she says something and joke about it and we laugh and we keep going down. Then i wake up lol. Bad timing i guesss. I just wanted to know what this meant because we have talked about getting married before and all that. That sounds like a well balanced menu...continue to introduce new foods....my kids at ages 8 and 10 continue to be introduced to new foods. I can't get them to try sushi yet, but I am proud of them that they love salad w/raw bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, broccoli, carrots etc. They also love brussel sprouts and asparagus. I can also get them to eat blueberries although it's not one of their favorites. Last night hubby made them salad bug: he took a strip of romaine lettuce, used sliced red bell peppers for the legs, used onion slices for the eyes for my son who loves onions, and carrots for the eyes on the one for my daughter.

I am getting so Anxious?

ok. so i made a paper airplane. when i go to throw it, i check it to make sure everything looks good. when its airborne, it will tatter side to side before it lands. it is extremely light and can go very far. i always flight it inside. no fans on or windows open. its the traditional design (but instead of folding the wing down, you fold the tip and then fold the rest of the side)(so it makes a pro wing on the bottom)) i do not know why it is tattering like that. help?

Ladies I need your help, l Infection?

Okay I'm having itching and pain all around my l area. I bought a bunch of stuff (Yeast Gard, Vagisil Satin, Vagisil Whips, AZO Test Strips and AZO Pills) I just started using the stuff today but I've had these symptoms for about a week. When I pee it burns the AZO test strip was nitrate negative but the white blood cell strip was positive. When I pee and I wipe right by my urethra there'ss pink blood on the tissue. I don't see my doctor until the 12th, I don't know if I can deal with it till then. I am ually active but have been with the same person for more than a year and we have been tested shortly after we began sleeping together. So I highly doubt it's a STD. What should I do? In a spot of hot water over Home Surgury practice. Advice?

Here's the situation...I practice Home Surgury on low income seniors and people with no health insurance. I do this out of my garage mainly, although will make house visits. My operating instruments are basic woodworking tools, X-acto knives and a Makita cordless drill. I've had pretty good luck... simple procedures like appendectomies, tooth extractions, simple amputations and goiter removals...and would like to branch into knee replacements and gastric bypes after reading up on a few techniques . Business is good, with only a handful of complications and complaints. While performing a routine gallbladder snip and stitch, I believe the battery from my cordless drill became disengaged and slipped into my patient. I can't find it anywhere (luckily they come with two batteries). I haven't said anything to the patient, but now he complains of pain and swelling, the swelling is in the exact shape of the battery. Should I risk a lawsuit, not really being a doctor? Or keep quiet?

What career is right for me?

Let me start off by telling a bit about myself. I have severe verbal apraxia: literally every word I say is mispronounced. I've had Speech therapy from preschool till 9th grade with no avail. Till recently, my dream job was to be an auditor for the IRS; however, I recently took physics, a highly group based cl, and realized that my speech impediment is too severe for a job that relies so heavily on speech skills. My fish are floating upside down and dying!?

Can anyone please help! I recently had trouble with my 65L where I brought a few new fish and they ALL died. Everyone of them! Some of them had white tufts, some had redness around their gills and faces, most ended up floating upside down at the top of the tank before dying. They also couldn't swim, wouldn't eat, and some had pop eye and cloudy eye. All of the died and since then I added 2 tiger barbs into my tank, and then the next day I added in another tiger barb to keep them company, a gold gourami, and red tail shark and a cory. One tiger barb I found dead on the bottom on its side yesterday, and another one of the barbs I found floating upside down and I put it in a seperate container and it has since died. My gold gourami has either been hovering near the bottom of the tank and sort of leaning on the gravel (not on its side) or at the top of the tank, the other barb is also near the top of the water. The shark and cory appear absolutely fine! The gourami is still eating, but the shark isn't.. I put that down to the fact that its new to the tank and hasn't got into the habit of food being feed to it at the top. The gourami and barb are both still moving around, just hovering a the top of the tank! I've just done at 1/4 water change and added in a multi cure, and before that I'd added in melafix. Yesterday I added in melafix and pimafix. I've taken the carbon thing out. Water parameters are: ph 7-7.2, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0. Water temp is about 25-26. HELP!

Ok. so this is what happen. In my dream i'm like on weird field trip and almost everyone i know in sixth grade is in it. only half tho. (thats where our field trip took place.) then i see kids running out of the store kitchen like its time for recess. i said, "Great i missed recess, thanks alot!" she says "sorry" so i go over to the furniture section and i see a little boy i neve met. we talked a little bit then i see the teacher(i'm not going to mention her name)coming where we are and i'm like "HIDE!" we ran over in the corner and hid. but she found us and started covering us with pillows. "we gotta escape fast" but when i turn around his *** is gone. i'm like where the heck did he go. i look over and see a hole. i think, i'm not gonna make it out in time if i go that way. so i push through the pillows and she pushes me back. i push again and she gets knocked down. she says kiss me and i'm like hell naw *****. so i try beating her to death. there was nothing around hard enough to beat her with so i use my fist. if i try to leave and find a weapon shes gonna follow me and me. i beat her and she looks at me like come on you know u you wanna do it. i went ewwww. i keep punching her and i mistsakely hit her in the and she like again do it again i try to punch her the stomach and almost hit her vgg part (thats what call it) i'm like first u try 2 suffocate tha hell outta me and you u want me to do you? I normally would sit out on the white fence, cherishing the moments of the brightly colored sun slowly rising over the mountains to yet unravel an untold beginning. It always gave me hope to see the horses and cattle freely grazing in the forty-five acres. I had always wished I could be so free and pleasantly at ease. It never came, at least not at the time. My life is not easy to explain. It has not been the rip roaring fantasy ride I had always expected; at the same time, it has not been suffocating without excitement by any means. I suppose my life has mostly resembled a recovering broken heart: somewhat traumatized, more downs than ups, and little by little trending upward over time.

Question about law with collection agencies?

I am getting sued by a collection agency for a debt that was charged off 9 years ago. they want 2300 for a balance when it was charged off 289.03. i have my old credit report. They filed this suit in a state where i haven't lived in for 8 years, like 450 miles away. The court from that county in that state send a complaint and a response. I took it in to my attorney right away they giving me 20 days to respond. My attorney right away told me something is fishy. He sent this to another attorney. They claim the violated 3 laws one suing me in a state i have not resided in, suing me past the SOL and sending a post card with debt info i got a year ago. This company is NCO.. My attorney gave me a retainer agreement asking 35% of the recovery I receive. He feels the recovery to me will be over 1500. 1k per each violation. anyone hear of this? I just wanted not to go to court 450 miles away? but they will make that disappear too

I always like the idea of a new Soul Calibur. I wish they would fix some of these characters though, because any Soul Calibur fan can tell you how annoying it is to go online and get completely destroyed by some first time player spamming ons with Maxi. Cheerleading Help Fast?

There's pictures at the website listeded below of cheerleading jumps. When doing a jump always prep it. Start off in a high "V" and feet together then as you swing your arms inward and out in to the position they should be in based on which jump you are doing slightly bend you knees and jump. If your doing a toe-touch make sure you rotate you hips and sit into your jump. The second link has tips for motions. One last thing for when you have to tumble if you have a clean cartwheel but a messy round off i'd recomend doing the cartwheel because from my own experience coachs like to see a clean perfected skill than a messy one. americancheerleader magazine always has good tips to.

What can I do about the cyst in my head by the neck?

I have a cyst under my skull behind my right ear. It's almost in my neck, but still the hair area. It's there for about 14 years. It makes my neck very stiff and hurts alot from time to time. The pain usually goes up to my head and down to my right shoulder. It's not visible to the eyes, but if you touch it you can feel it's hardness. I've mentioned it to many doctor and all they do is give me mucle relaxing and exercise. I even went to an cirugian to get it removed and he said he couldn't see it, so he couldn't remove it (I couldn't help do not laugh and be glad he wasn't an obstetrician).
