I am getting so Anxious?

I was on clomid this cycle and I am now missed my period. My progesterone has been going up since ovulation. Two eggs dropped. and I have a blood test early this week. I took a HTP and positive but faint. So i am waiting for the blood test and ultrasound. I have sore very very swollen , backache, discharge, moodiness, nausea, veins in the , cramps, smell sensitivity. Its looking better, but holding out for the blood. Who thinks more than one baby? How far are you, how do you feel? Do I get happy yet
