CAn you please help me with my sick skinny pig i love him????

my skinny pig alfonso i think is very sick he cant eat cause when he tries to eat the food he's eating falls out of his mouth hes been drinking very little water. we are going to get him to a vet today he is very twitchy and his eyes seem not to be that wide open as they ussaly are and hes also lost a lot of weight please tell me what i should do im only 11 yrs old and i love alfonso soo soo much and he loves me! please help me i dont want him to die i cant take seeing him like this it makes me cry :'( HELP!!!!!
