Could I be losing my mind?

Sometimes I feel like im dissociating? Like....After work I went to this gas station and I was like wow, where did the time go? And I felt like I didnt even know where I was. This happens sometimes. Im seriously worried about my mental health, but could this be a side effect of a drug? Im taking abilify. And I never started feeling this until after I was put on medicine.
