Do guys like short girls?

Alright, this guy that I used to like would always make plans with me and never follow through. He would always text me after I broke it off and I ignored him. Now I am friends with his exgirlfriend and she told me that he asked about me. Then in the process, he called me short and stubby!!!! Oh I really really hate him and he is such a stupid redneck for my taste. But I am only 5 ft 2 and weigh 125 lbs. I just cannot figure out what he meant by stubby???
