Nope. I think the refuelling ban will make it interesting, just to see teams gamble on how much fuel they'll need for a race. One team can keep a lap short of fuel and gamble on the possibility of a safety car period. Another team can keep three laps short and gamble on the two hour limit. There's a million possibilities for how to strategize with the refuelling ban.
