How can I find out where someone was born?

OK so, I have their first name, last name, and middle initial. I have what I believe to be their home phone number, I have their email, though it may only be a work one, not private. I know their date of birth. And I have two addresses, one may be their current one, though not much turns up when I google them. So with what I have, how can I find out this person's birthplace? Please help this is very important.
