Need to lose weight.. please help?

Hey . alright so. i am 14 years old and 5' 3". i weigh 143 pounds . i REALLY want to get down to about 120. I'm not the best at eating healthy especially since i eat caf food a lot at school. i like never eat breakfast because i never have time and on some days i have an early lunch because of my schedule so.. like no point in breakfast. I only skate once a week so busyness is not a concern. want to get rid of the fat on my thighs and bum. lol. tummy is lower concern but still one. please dont give me any stupid weight loss drink thingies or pills. because parental unit would never allow. if anyone could suggest simple weekly/daily menu. and maybe a bit of an excersize plan. thanks so much.. all is excepted (except for the pills and drinks stuff iight? )
