Which rights does the 9th Amendment refer to?

What the framers were doing with the 9th (and 10th) amendment is to explain that the right in the Constitution were rights which the Federal Government enforced. Other rights existed, but were enforced by the States (10th amendment), and some were rights which were unalienable and were just as much a right as something in the Constitution. The Constitution has no mention of the right to marry and have families, yet this is right long held to exist.
